Return Policy

We hope you LOVE everything you purchase from us but we understand that sometimes things just.. don't work! We offer a return for store credit policy so we can find you something that does work. Please read our guidelines below and as always, feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions. If you believe you've received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

    Guidelines for Returns:
    Items can be returned for store credit only. We are not able to offer refunds. Store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and or handling charges. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of your original order's delivery date. To initiate your return, click here.

    • Items must be unworn & unwashed with original tags still intact. 
    • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur and smoke.
    • Items purchased at a discounted price/from the sale category are not eligible for return. Items purchased with a discount code greater than 10% are not eligible for return. All items purchased from the Final Sale category are final sale and are not eligible for return.
    • Intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, hair accessories, swimwear, hats and jewelry are not eligible for return.
    • Shoes must be packaged inside of their original shoe box, which should be placed inside of another mailer or outer packaging to protect the shoe box. If we receive the shoes only in the shoe box without proper packaging around it, we will not be able to process a return.

    Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified nor cancelled after checkout.  

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Bmaes Boutique has the right to refuse returns. If the return violates our policy or does not follow the guidelines listed above, Bmaes Boutique will not be able to issue a store credit and the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item shipped back to them.

    We cannot accept returns that do not meet our guidelines stated above. If you attempt to return an item that is not eligible for return and/or your return does not meet our guidelines stated above, we will contact you and give you the option to pay for return shipping back to you. We will hold non-returnable items for 3 business days. If you have not emailed us back after 3 days, the items will then be donated to charity. Return shipping invoices must be paid within 24 hours of contact.

    Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return. We will send your store credit to the email used to place the original order.
